WE say the views from Foxtrot are amazing, but when we happen to come upon an en plein air artist who is similarly captivated … and stops to paint what we see every day, it is simply magical. Meet Zachary Kator, an oil painter who stopped to capture the rippling brook, the mountains now in full leaf, the first apples of the season, the stunning afternoon light.
